It is hard sometimes when therapy ends. I went into a tailspin once when my pdoc (whom I was seeing for therapy) wanted to go to every other week. Try to focus on the next 6 weeks. A lot of your stresses will likely be resolved by then, or at least you'll have a better sense of what to do next if things don't work out. If things start to feel really out of control, back up to one day at a time. Don't forget to breathe.
