<font color="purple"> Thank you Kimmy! I did a lot of praying to have the strength to follow through with telling them, and I am so glad I did. I explained to them what was important to me that I get from them: their support, encoiuragement, hearing I love you, prayers, and that this is about me and my healing and not revenge or woulda shoulda couldas or only ifs.... that was then thsi is now and its about helping me be me and not just a perosn with anxiety/panic disorder, bipolar, ocd, ptsd, s/i, BPD, bord schiz, etc....... but a daughter, mother, sister, wife, friend... lol not sure where I was going with that, but I feel good..... </font>
