Well, this guy didn't say 'sorry' because he doesn't realise he's done anything wrong! And even if he did, he should say so, not send a stupid commercial card. Some men are like that. They think we love all their sexual innuendos and moves. This guy sounds like a deeply superficial person, IMO.

Don't respond to his Valentine card, just ignore him and hopefully he'll go away.
