I walk 3 or 4 x everyday, 20 minutes each walk, I eat veggies with every dinner and I actually love them my friend doesnt like em and gets confused that i like them so much lol, used to be a vegetarian until I had a craving for steak

ha ha, I no longer take anything for anxietiy I use positive self talk and am much kinder to myself than I used to be and I deep breathe on my entire walk as I am agoraphobic and have panic disorder also.
