remember, you're not alone, you have everyone at psychcentral. the thoughts of death...can you call your T or your psychiatrist? maybe if you write down somewhere exactly what you're imagining it will have less power over you..what exactly are you imagining, your own death or death in general? neither are healthy..what kind of support system do you have? Any family or friends to talk to? We love you, skittles and it may seem bleak now but things will improve. Decribe your situation a little more and write it all out. Perhaps the more you write the more people can write if they identify with exactly what you're feeling.
