It takes my therapist usually at least 24 hours to reply to a text, it does my head in! I think she does it to me because she doesn't want to seem so accessible and she wants me to sit with the feelings and be patient, even if I hate it. I think with your therapist it's probably that she doesn't get a chance to reply until that time as its odd to phone someone so late
