It SOOOOOO does, for me.
Especially the heart palpitations. My old doctor looked at me when I said that it made me worse like i had three heads (I think he was basing it loosely on the fact that alchohol is a depressant and therefore should calm you down)
I have a theory that since alchohol is a depressant, it changes the way you think. Now when you are actually drinking, you have that happy drinking buzz right? But , when you stop, after the alchohol goes away, you are left with dehydration and sapped vitamin C and other neutrients. My new doctor told me that having low electrolytes alone (which happens when you get dehydrated) can give you heart palpitations and make your heart work harder AND make you dizzy.. which for me leads to anxiety.
