Well the trial was suppose to be today. I want to thank everyone for supporting me during this time. Right before the trial was to begin my x started whispering to his lawyer. My x to be wanted to work something out. We were able to settle before the trial.(5 minutes before) I am not getting life alimony. Who knows if the judge would have gone for that or not but I did get 8 years of an amount that helps me not have to work for atleast a year and only a few hours part time for 8 years, which I am happy about. I have enough money from the sell of my house to get a second opinon on my heart condition. Still having symptoms of coranary artery cutting off again. Don't know if anything can be done after 2 open heart surgeries, but I am going to see one of the best doctors around to find out. Many years of practice and a Harvard Grad. He is known to be good in the area of heart transplants and difficult cases. I see him March 6th.
