I was just about to post a thread about this. So thanks for posting guesgirl.
I think I've only really had trouble sleeping as of late. It's always taken me at least an hour to fall asleep, but there's been a lot going on lately... since I moved to a new city, my routine's been completely messed. Day/night, weekday, it's nothing to me now :/ Just a blur. Sometimes I get anxious just thinking about going to bed.
But I'll try the music for now. I find music helps me relax but I have to turn it off at a certain point. By then my mind's relaxed and it takes little time at all to fall asleep.
