It's not like you guys would go to prison TOGETHER.
You would go in at the same time, but he will be in a men's prison and you would be in a women's prison.
Both of you are young, and will be subject to a lot of abuse from older people that are there longer. Have you ever watched any of the shows on TV about what it's actually like to be in one of those places? It's not a good place to be.
It sounds like he has an illness- drug addiction is an illness, and if you really care about him, maybe you can try to get him some help. Does he have a family you can talk to? I know you feel like he is taking care of you and being there for you, but imagine how much better he'd be if he wasn't on drugs?
