I have been so busy lately that I have been forgetting to take my meds at my regular time. I usually take them at 11 am. But today I didnt remember until 8:15 pm and then I took it and the last couple of days I havent remembered until about 4-5 pm.

Will this cause problems with its effect? I'm sorry if that is a stupid question. Should I have skipped todays dose since I forgot until so late and just taken it tomorrow. I figured I should take instead of not taking it.
