I am here for YOU if you ever need someone to talk to about the anxiety that tries to confine you to the house.... for I am there now and I too am working hard to leave my house as much as I can.... with or with the fear attached.

Thank you Rhapsody, I truly appreciate your offer! Something that I noticed is if I have a planned outing I have more anxiety than if I spontanneously need to leave. Yesterday my MIL called and needed me to take her to ger haircut at that very moment, and I felt good, very mild anxiety..... But the day before I new I had to go out and do some errands and I had high anxiety knowing that I had to leave. I actually left, did one errand, almost had to call to have my parents pick me up b/c I wasnt sure I could drive, but worked thru it.... Then came home, and waited a while and forced myself to go out again and finish the rest of my errands. During which my anxiety was up and down. I am suppose to go back to work next week, I took this week off and most of last week b/c I couldnt handle the anxiety anymore. I hope the meds kick in soon.
