I am so glad we are up and running again. Thanks to all those concerned. This down time happened during my day so it was pretty awful for me. I kept checking every half hour for hours on end. Also, the message saying there was a problem only came up a couple of hours after the problem, so in the beginning, there was no PC and no explanation. Anyway, I am pretty relieved all is back to normal!
