I think you did BRILLIANTLY!!! You could have went into the session and closed down, which would have been totally understandable after feeling so upset before the session and feeling panicked whilst at *****art but instead you went in and even though you felt like shutting down you turned the session around completely and got what you needed from it and I think that shows so much strength! You should be so proud of you! I am proud of you!! You did so great to let your T sit down beside you and to use your pictures as a way to stay came and present. I really honestly think you did so well!
