I have not been hospitalized for 6 months (a record for me after every 3 months or more for 4 years). I feel like I'm heading for needing to be there again. I'm si'ing frequentl, starting to feel suicidal... I have had some bad experiences with hospitals before and I don't want to go back but I don't know what to do anymmore...
