For the past several months you have worked so hard on you. You have been so strong. You deserve a break. It is OK to take time for you. It really is. You need to kick back and do nothing. Lay around, watch TV, whatever makes you happy and content. Sometimes we have to take a break from our issues. I think its part of healing.
