I have so much to do when I'm manic that stopping to make something to eat or even just going to get something to eat just isn't in the cards. Sometimes I forget...sometimes I just say I'll eat in 30 minutes and the hours will pass.
It is at this time it becomes important to do "opposites" meaning I know that it is healthy for me to have 3 meals and 3 snacks through out the day...so now that you are mindful it is happening...start getting back into what ever is your healthy routine...Especially since you are sliding into the underweight category...
