jademoonbeam, I am so glad to hear that you spoke to T and going to Pdoc. I fully understand that you don't want to start any antipsychotic meds. Since I am new to learning on my illness. Is it possible to get on an antipsychoitc and take for a brief time to you feel more stable and then get off of it slowly till you need again? Was wondering cause that is what I would like to try.
