As a frog of little brain when it comes to families and relationships I'm well less than knowledgeable.

There have been some shows and segments on news programs about jobs and small businesses lately. In the area of new jobs you supposedly have to reinvent yourself. Go in with a "this is what I can do for you" attitude. The shows really emphasized that you know the company, the type of business they're in and how your skill and work experience compliment the job you are interviewing for.

When it comes to being in business for yourself look outside the box. Small one person businesses are succeeding. Look for products and/or services needed in your area that aren't provided. 2 ideas that have been making money for their owners ... a lady is providing transportation to people who don't have access to transportation and a lady making some food item using an old family recipe. These are only ideas because many places in the country have rules and regulations you have to comply with.
