Can you make youself a list of things to try to achieeve in one day? Don't be like me and make the list impossible! But you know, things like washing up, putting a load of laundry, maybe going for a walk? I find the act of listing can help. The other thing I have done is make the thing I want to do into a reward - eg, "I will clean the kitchen for half an hour and then let myself play the computer for half an hour."

It's not easy - baby steps!
