Our server logs show that we've been sending you emails and your email server is saying they got them. So I'm not sure exactly what to tell you at this point if they aren't appearing in your Spam folder. We have a lot of users that use the same email system that you do, so we would indeed hear about it if they weren't getting their emails...

Sorry about that. Maybe try contacting your email provider and seeing if they can shed any further light on the issue?
