yeah, i find when i start to get triggered like that or feeling off, or unreal.. usually some sort of distraction, or some sort of other situation coming into my perception nice and sharply can shake me out of it.
Like when i was sitting there all enveloped in my upsetness and my roomate came in and started talking about something random it kind of shook my awareness back to center again.
cory (boyfriend) promised extra snuggles to make up for it before they go to hang out too
