im so sorry that you are struggling right now. I am a bulimic too. I don't know that I have any one thing that you can do to help. But the things that usually help are finding a good therapist, confiding your "secret" with a friend, journal your feelings daily, eat around 5 small meals considently to avoid hunger, and give attention to how you are feeling and thinking.
