I don't think depression is something you can "snap out of."
I think it is something that we learn to live with, and cope with.
I think you should go a bit easier on yourself, if you write too long a list of things to do, you end up not being able to do any of it. I have had days like that!
Perhaps make a priority list, but make sure that YOU are at the top of it!
The other thing I'd like to say is, how about praising yourself for what You do achieve.
I don't want to sound like I'm preaching ! I have major problems too.
