could it possibly be to do with you unconciously feeling vulnerable about reducing your meds, scared that you may relapse, scared that those you trust with your health have made a wrong decision to reduce your meds?

The dream starts I am waking up to a door transition from one place to another/ change to a house I don't recognize just started dreaming shows your unconcious is at a different level/ new/ unfamiliar place than before and a butler person in position of trust opens the door I go in and I see my friends and family standing around they were drinking what looked like red wine I want in and sat near the back wall trying to protect yourself of the room and everyone started to come over to me and try handing me some wine memories of happy times when you were well possibly or to symbolise you were in a stable place when I took the first class that was offered to me I want to drink it and it was blood tricked/deceived I looked up to find everyone had turned into vampires reality changed, you feel your stable place has changed dramatically and they were staring at me like they were waiting for me to do something unsure about what to / you will do but I end up waking up to screaming and crying. you want to be safe and well so waking up is your brains way of bringing you back to the safety of reality and you bed this is only my perception, not medical or trained in dream interpretation.

if it is then it should pass as you learn to believe that you are ok on the lower dose and get used to the new place you mind is at. before going to sleep try telling yourself that your doc knows what he is doing, the dose is right for you and that you are ok on the dose you take. other stratagy to try is think of youself taking a walk along the coast, picture the beach, hear the sea crashing on the shore....make a story from this in your mind as you drift off.
