I know what you mean. *hugs*. I know getting distracted is easier said than done right! It's good that your friends supportive though and was there when you needed her. Maybe she can distract you if you told her you needed distracting? Maybe take you out and have some fun. What I do to distract me is do some art work, ooh and what works well is I've made a scrapbook of photos and tickets, and allsorts i've found it cheers me up quite a bit too to look through it and add things to it. Maybe you just need to find something that you enjoy that distracts your brain and cheers to up too? Like a hobby that doesn't need too much energy to do?
