Thanks Sky. I just feel that because I know what's causing me to have a setback that I should at least be able to talk myself out of it.

I'm not sad or anything, just can't get it in gear. Kind of like turning the key in a car with a dead battery and hoping it will eventually start. Guess I need to recharge, huh?

The office is just going to have to deal with me not putting in a stellar day numbers wise today.
