What's frustrating is that I have the freedom to do as much work as I need to, to be financially stable, and yet I just haven't had the get up and go to do more than the bare minimum for quite a while.

Aza, I just roll my eyes and go on with my day when they like to pull the "if we don't get the backlog caught up, so and so is going to pull their account." Yeah, yeah, sure. You've been saying that since I started over 4 years ago, and the one time they actually did leave 2 years ago, they came back with their tails between their legs a month later because the other service wasn't up to their quality standards (which are hard to meet because most of their doctors are totally unintelligible).
