I think my first anxiety attack was when i was about 3 yr old.
my mom and aunt took me to a park and i went up the slide. I got to the top but couldnt slide down and couldnt attempt to climb back down the ladder. All i remember is being terrified and screaming and crying.
That is also the first time I remember that I noticed my phobia with heights.
