So, I am sure this has been discussed in one way or another before, but I was wondering what people here have done with CBT and how it works?

It was recommended to me by an author, Terri Cheney. (she wrote Manic: A Memoir) ... I had posted a question on her FB wall and she actually replied!! ... One of her suggestions was to look up CBT and read a book, Feeling Good.

I looked up the book and it had great reader reviews and comments on Amazon. I wanted to hear from you guys what you thought of this, does it work, and has anyone read the book before???

I hope everyone is having a great day!!
