I have SSD and income from long term disability insurance. I just got the forms from the insurance company that my eligibility is being evaluated again. It has me so anxious. I did a budget based only on SSD only and found that I would have $27.50 left after paying bills and food... and then remembered dog food, dog medicine and vet bills... car registration every year? oil change?.... My psychologist is going to write a letter in support even though she wasn't asked for one. She says not to worry but it is so easy to say and so hard to do.
