Is it worth trying to contact my T tomorrow?
Yes, I think it's very worthwhile to contact your therapist when you're feeling this way (unless your therapist doesn't help you to feel better - in that case you may need a different therapist - been there! Ha ha). But I fall into the same thought patterns - like, almost exactly the same - and a self-help book or a 12 step meeting or the input of someone I love or trust can really put my head on straight, and amazingly quickly. I try not to rely on humans too much -books really help me, or sometimes i'll go to a meeting and not say a word - just listen and duck out at the end, but I know I need SOMETHING to snap me out of my thought patterns on a frustratingly regular basis, or they can spiral into MUCH negativity.
