It is just so nerve racking & scary. It feels like I am going into a job interview & like I have to say all the right things for it to work out right and not flounder off in left field again. Are you worried about your therapist becoming bored? Good T's take the time to actively listen and pay attention to their clients no matter what the client is talking about. If you only say what you think your T wants to hear, how will he get to know the real you?
