Thanks, just what I needed to hear about people like us with BPD. It's already tough enough trying to deal with our emotions without our actions being questioned and scrutinised under a microscope.
Sometimes what I need is just a little bit of empathy and understanding. It's tough and just last night I felt really really depressed because my SO told me to "get a grip".
