I had a dream about T. tonight.

I dreamt I had to help 2 little kids through a forest in the middle of the night to go to session with my T.. It was winter and the snow was really deep.
When we arrived, T. didn't seem to be there but then stepped out a dark bathroom all of the sudden and really scared the kids. They threw themselves at me and I fell. I reached my hand out to T., wanting her to help me get up and she refused, because she had back pain. She was sitting on a sofa which appeared out of nowhere and when she got up she showed signs of pain in her face. But then I noticed her bright yellow high heels.
When she walked away, she was walking all normal, like she was in no pain at all, like she just pretended to be in pain.

What does that mean??
