For example, the only person who is going to make you take your medicine daily is yourself. You can ask your boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife/best friend/parent to remind you to take your medicine but it doesn't mean you will take it. Making emergency appointments; the only person who can point out the crisis is yourself. As you become familiar with this disease and with symptoms it becomes easier to know triggers and to stop them from getting out of hand. I think that's why it becomes inexcusable.
