Sometimes you need to be selfish and think about your own well being. I am new here but what I have seen is that people here stand together through the good and the bad. Take some time for yourself. I know that it can be hard if you are the type of person that likes helping others(and I think that you are) but it is also healthy to take some for yourself and let others help you.
