You ARE Bravehearts You're doing what you need to do to help yourself! No, the journey is not easy - I know, I'm struggling myself right now. But, we're surviving, just like WE (everyone in this forum and in others) have done all our lives, despite what other people have done. It's hard to remind ourselves of that when we feel bad, but we all are survivors. And we're here to help you get through this, along with your T, Pdoc, support group, and your system.
