I said this in one of your other threads, but I'll say it here too. I'm so very sorry for your loss.

I know how much pain you are in...had to put down two dogs in the past year.

Some people go out right away and get another dog, others need a bit of time to grieve. Do what you think is right for you. I know that for me, I could never go without having at least one dog in the home, preferably two.
