Since coming home for college for the summer, my normal sleeping patterns have changed and I haven't been able to fall asleep until after 10 PM. And most times I haven't been able to wake up until around 11 AM.
I guess this is mainly due to the fact that since coming home I've done little besides being glued to my laptop aimlessly with alot of business thrown in. Even though at school I'm still stuck to my laptop.
But I'm just trying to get to sleep at night.
Any suggestions anyone?
