Try doing a mild form of EMDR - that can help sleep come in 15 minutes or less.... just get ready for bed and lay down (lights out), relax and clinch your fist gentle, then starting with the left fist SQUEEZE it - then SQUEEZE the right fist.... repeat the action over and over again until sleep becomes your friend.
