thanks everyone, for your advice... i can't write her or anything because she wants no contact whatsoever.

and sometimes, i do like this person very very much. if i didn't i wouldn't bother writing this post or trying to fix things with her. she is an important friend to me and hurting her was something i would never (and have never) tried to do.

hopefully she'll know that someday. thank you all for your kindness.
