Awesome!! I have been following this though not always replying. I agree with Suratji, it is really, incredibly impressive that you were able to articulate your point of view to your T, and that your open communication really helped you get your needs met! T's are not always right, we can disagree with them and resolve situations.. I am glad your T was willing to do that.
