idk. I have a hard time getting started with studying a lot. Sometimes breaking it down into incredibly small steps helps. Step 1- get out book. Step 2-find paper and pen. Step 3- take some notes. Step 4- read notes. Step 5- don't panic about how long it's taking. take deep breaths. it'll be better to do what you can now than not to. blah blah blah.
I hope you can talk to a therapist and figure out whatever deeper issues are distracting you.
