some ppl feel the way you do when depressed. it's like the body shuts down so ppl sleep and avoid the depression for awhile. it's a good rule of thumb to not surrender to the tiredness. that only magnifies the prob. instead take a walk. the exercise will lift the depression somewhat and invigorate your energy level.
BTW, do you see a pdoc for the depression? you might benefit from an anti-depressant. IDK, but it sure helped my depression.
