Try not to assume that the changes will have a bad outcome. They might be just what you need. I have appts every 2 or 3 months but can go in for an urgent care appt if I need it, as I did so last Thursday. I had 3 changes in my meds so I will have another urgent care appt in three weeks. The next "real" appointment is the end of August.
