Hi. I am wondering if anybody out there has heard of seratonin syndrome, and has any advice for me.
I was put onto an antidrepressant, and ended up with a combination of symptoms (mania, depression, anxiety, hallucenating, suicidal thoughts...), and the bottom line diagnosis (for now) is an overload of seratonin.
I wanted to ask what outlets people have (to avoid self injuring) that do not involve raising seratonin levels. (no exercise; nothing that can result in a rapid heartbeat)
Thanks for any and all ideas you have!!
