After my husband's first open heart surgery we were invited to join a support group at the hospital. We'd take personality tests, discuss problems, share experiences, etc.

My husband, beyond a shadow of a doubt, is an A+ personality - I am totally the opposite. The nurse conducting the class said she didn't see how our marriage had survived since our personalities are totally different but I have to wonder if that's not the reason we have had a successful marriage for 45 years - we are totally different personalities.

I am so not an A that I'd probably slide completely off the scale.
