Have you told them that you feel angry and that you feel that you did not get help?

If you receive treatment and it does not help you, and you don't say anything, nothing will change. If you feel the VA did not do it's job you really need to complain. I think as with anything else there are those that abuse the system and complain of PTSD when they do not have it for the disability. So you need to think about going back and continue to get help.

As in anything else, the sqeeky wheel gets the greace but also if enough vets come forward and complain than something will be done about it. What is in place now is because both citizens and vets have been complaining. So in order for it to get better that has to continue. You are not just helping you but others like you.

I am sorry you are going through this, I do hope you push for help and keep trying.
You do deserve to get help and have some quality to your life.

I know that PTSD is very difficult to overcome, and perhaps it is always going to be there once one gets it but my hope is that by getting the right therapy it can be better mananaged.

I take clonazapam at night to help me sleep and not have issues at night. It does help. I don't know if you are on medication but if you really have trouble at night you may want to try something that will help better.
