I've been tearing out pictures from magazines all day today and arranging them on poster boards and I have to say, I am surprised of the intensity of the emotions I am feeling (that I can't feel).
I think I am going to start a picture journal. I have an oversized sketchbook and will transfer much of what I put on the poster boards today into the sketchbook and write about what I see, surrounding the pictures. Then take that in with me when I see my therapist. I got this idea from a movie I saw last night.
Now, I am starting to feel sleepy.
